This store is always kept clean and organized, even their sale section. Not only that, but the employees here are extremely well trained and kind. They always go above and beyond to be a sweet person :) I love shopping here

Super cool store and people. Store offers unique style accessories like hats and scarfs but with a YOU FLARE... The clothes were plentiful meaning shelves were not bare..the store was clean and with bright lights so I could see what I was buying. I went in for some tattoo cream and walked out with four hats that were just my style. I will be back. thank you 🤠

My daughter has amazing taste and style and she loves clothes and building her own aesthetic (cottage core all the way) My daughter also suffers from major depressive disorder and social anxiety disorder. We went to urban outfitters on a Thursday last week around 5 thinking it may not be too busy. It was kind of busy. My poor girl wanted to leave ASAP. We grabbed the items we needed. Patiently waited in line. And then when it was finally our turn the cashier began to tell my daughter how great she looked. How much she loved her dress. Plus how it coordinated with her mask. How it gave her pretty in pink vibes. This girl was so sweet toward my daughter and it totally changed the vibe and mood my kiddo was feeling. Thank you. Thank you very much.

I don't normally shop here and the one and only time I was here was back in 2015 but I just want to comment on what great quality their clothes are. I bought one pair of shorts and they are still in pretty good shape while I have gone through so many pair of shorts but these still seem good as new. I have gone swimming in them and everything and they did not lose their color at all ..... pretty expensive place but you get your money's worth.

I have been to many UOs around the country and this one is probably my favorite. Everything you come to expect at Urban: quality clothes, popular records, great books, games, and home goods, but in a very industrial style. Super cool

I love this location! Janet was amazing & so was the other sales associate who checked me out at the register! Thank you guys for your kindness it really makes my day as someone who doesn’t really leave the house often, as I get nervous to go out sometimes, but I’ll definitely remember these kind interactions & amazing customer service and I also will be back to get some more items! There’s a lot on sale and Janet informed me when I originally was checking out with one item, I then went to look around the store with the sale signs and I bought more items, was such a good deal and I left very happy! Thank you guys for making my experience so calm & helpful! Definitely my #1 clothing store to shop at.

Great place for the young trendsetter. My 15 year old never leaves empty handed. She finds the latest tops and pants Not cheap but worth it.

Our first time to visit this place and it was such a great place with so much clothing and unique items to choose from. We were not greeted upon entry since the employees were busy checking customers out. At one point, to my disappointment, the dressing rooms were closed without notice, due to being shorthanded. But thankfully reopened so that we could try on clothes. I really didn't want to purchase everything we had in our hands to try on and then have to come back and return it as what was suggested to us. Despite that temporary awkward disappointment, it passed. We made our purchases. The employee checking us out was pleasant. We'll be back.

always organized and playing good music. there was kimchi blue dress in store that i had left weeks ago because i decided i could just buy it online later. long story short my concert is in a few days and i forgot and it isn't available online or for shipping. i go in store to look for that last one i left but no luck, a nice male employee looked again for me but nope. i was still appreciative he looked in the back though. i was taken back by the fact that as i was finished checking out and walking out to leave, another nice employee with curly har (i think) had taken a second look and they found the dress!! so grateful lol. no shade it's the first time i've ever felt customer serviced at this urban outfitters lol! everyone is so nice always though, i've just never had that much interaction lol! just grateful for their attentiom to detail.and kindness!
